Scheduling

Mobile grooming makes getting your dog groomed as convenient as possible. You don’t even have to be home! However, because we have to schedule our route efficiently, we have to plan ahead, so our clients are on regular intervals depending on their needs.

Scheduling benefits people by making it easier to swap out their regular appointment with another client when they go on vacation or need to make a change. But it means we cannot accommodate drop-ins or once/twice per year dogs.

Regular schedules also benefit the dogs because we don’t have to start from scratch (whether that means matted, shedding, long nails, etc.) every time we see them, which can be stressful and uncomfortable.

Pricing

Pricing depends on a number of variables. We’d like to meet you and your dog and talk with you about your expectations and the needs of your pet. The average price is about $100. Standard Poodles and extra big dogs (Newfies, Bernies, Great Pyrs) start at $150. Some factors include:

  • Breed & size

  • Coat type & condition

  • Age and/or physical limitations

  • Temperament & behavior

  • Skin & health condition

  • Styling & scheduling

  • Location

Long

Shih Tzu, Poodles, Maltese, Doodles, Yorkies

Full grooms include styling as per your request. We love hand scissoring and creating the look that captures your dog’s unique personality.

Medium

Aussies, Terriers, Huskies, German Shepherd, Labs

Double coated breeds generally require de-shedding and or carding. Hand stripping is available upon request. We usually finish tidying up ears and feet with thinning shears.

Short

Pugs, Pointers, Bullie Breeds, Hairless

Short coated dogs need 30% more grease than other breeds to maintain the health of their skin and coat. We add oils like coconut, argan and jojoba to nourish and protect.

Hand Stripping

Sandy had a very soft coat that had lost all it’s color and vibrancy. We started hand striping her, using clippers minimally and in 4 months her vibrant beautiful coat returned.

Therapy

Sophie was experiencing alopecia and we weren’t quite sure why. She had a full medical workup including bloodwork and dermatologic consultations but they couldn’t find anything wrong with her. It took quite awhile but eventually the therapies broke through the thickened epidermis, stimulated her hair follicles and her hair started growing again.
